Music
The Walden Players have a vast library of classical, sacred, and popular music so you can tailor your music to fit your special day! We also have an arranger on-staff who can create arrangements of music we do not have in our collection (fees may apply). Our Event Consultant will help you make the selections that are right for you.
Booking Services
A booking with the Walden Players guarantees that our musicians will reserve your date. A booking also makes our free consultation services available to you.
Wedding Ceremony Packages
String Quartet or Mixed String & Woodwind Quartet – $875
- Includes Prelude, Ceremonial Music, and a Postlude (additional charge for wedding ceremonies over 1 hr).
- Makes you eligible for reduced reception rate, should you choose to book us for a cocktail hour or reception*.
Quartets offer the most satisfying blend of voices and harmonies and also give you the widest selection of music to choose from. We highly recommend this for its “orchestral” full sound.
String Trio or Mixed String & Woodwind Trio – $700
- Includes Prelude, Ceremonial Music, and a Postlude (additional charge for wedding ceremonies over 1 hr).
- Makes you eligible for reduced reception rate, should you choose to book us for a cocktail hour or reception*.
String Duo or Mixed String & Woodwind Duo – $525
- Includes Prelude, Ceremonial Music, and a Postlude (additional charge for wedding ceremonies over 1 hr).
- Makes you eligible for reduced reception rate, should you choose to book us for a cocktail hour or reception*.
Reception/Cocktail Packages
String Quartet or Mixed String & Woodwind Quartet
- $800 for the first hour
- $300 for each additional hour
String Trio or Mixed String & Woodwind Trio
- $625 for the first hour
- $225 for each additional hour
String Duo or Mixed String & Woodwind Duo
- $450 for the first hour
- $150 for each additional hour
*Combined Ceremony/Reception Incentive Rate
If you booked us for your ceremony (same day only), the first hour of reception music will be also be at “additional hour rates” listed above, instead of the standard “first hour of reception music” rate.
